We traveled there to be part of the stand of our distributor in the United States, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rossindinc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ross Industries, Inc<\/a>, with whom we shared the advantages offered by our <a href=\"https:\/\/ebakislicer.com\">EBAKI<\/a> meat filleting machinery, which maximizes the efficiency and productivity of the companies that use it.<\/p>\n<p>This innovative technology not only optimizes processes by offering precise and consistent slices, but also improves sustainability and reduces operating costs in the long term, thus significantly increasing yields in the meat industry companies that incorporate it.<\/p>\n<p>These qualities and the good results it offers won over the sector experts who visited us and were able to see how EBAKI works at first hand. They also did so in a perfect environment, since the IPPE is the world&#8217;s largest annual event for the meat, poultry and egg industry. It is held at the Georgia Convention Center and brings together approximately 30,000 attendees, as meat industry leaders from numerous countries congregate in Atlanta and suppliers and vendors from a total of 133 countries around the world come together at their booths.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, the Ross Industries, Inc. stand, of which Dimaq was a part, has been a benchmark in the sector for fifty years, since they design processing and packaging equipment that prioritizes precision and product quality. They offer a complete line of meat tenderizers, portion control machinery, skinners, coolers, presses, slicers, macerators and a wide variety of tray sealing equipment.
