HOW THE EBAKI SLICER WORKS

PRODUCTION

Industrial fresh chicken breast slicer. High capacity. Possible to use automotive system for both entry and exit. Simultaneous cutting of different sizes of product and number of fillets.

FILLETING

Horizontal chicken breast filleting machine with alternating blade movement system. Evenly-cut chicken fillets. Minimal waste due to flattening of chicken breast during filleting, therefore obtaining fillets of practically the same weight.

CORDON BLUE

Completely even butterfly or cordon blue chicken breast, owing to flattening of meat during the slicing process.

COOKED CHICKEN BREAST

Clean, evenly cut, cooked chicken breast . The product is held between two belts – one upper and one lower – which prevents it moving during slicing.

PORK: LOIN CUT

Automatic horizontal slicing of fresh pork loin. Possible to slice in different thicknesses and number of fillets.

BEEF: VEAL CUT

Automatic horizontal slicing of boneless veal. Possible to slice in different thicknesses and number of fillets.

SAUSAGE FILLETING

EXTRA THIN SLICING

Extra thin chicken breast slice. High quality at 2,5 mm thickness. Extra thin and even fillet. Possible to fit up to 13 blades.
