This third edition of the meat fair has welcomed 9,700 professionals, 70% more than the previous year.
Once again, the company GIMENEZ, a reference in the market, was present with all its representatives, including the boneless horizontal fillet Ebaki. In this edition, the Ebaki mini ideal for small industries and butcher’s shops has been exhibited, as well as the Ebaki 2 , aimed at large industries.
